If there is anything you want to talk to us about, that you do not want us to share with other people, please let us know. We will try to respect your wishes.
There may be times when it would be helpful to talk to another organisation about your circumstances (e.g. an employer asking for a reference).
We are sometimes obliged to provide statistical information to the government or other funding bodies; this may include your name and address.
Under the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to see anything we have recorded about you – please give us 24 hours to make the necessary arrangements.
